CompTIA A+ is the preferred qualifying credential for technical support and IT operational roles. CompTIA A+ certified professionals are proven problem solvers. They support today’s core technologies from security to cloud to data management and more. CompTIA A+ is the industry standard for launching IT careers into today’s digital world. In order to receive the CompTIA A+ certification, you must pass two exams: Core 1 (220-1101) and Core 2 (220-1102)

Number of questions: Maximum of 90
Types of questions: Multiple-choice and performance-based
Length of test: 90 minutes
Passing score 675 (on a scale of 100–900)

Recommended experience: 12 months of hands-on experience in a help desk support technician, desktop support technician,
or field service technician job role

This course is for students who are preparing for the CompTIA CySA+ certification exam CS0-002. The CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+) certification verifies that successful candidates have the knowledge and skills required to leverage intelligence and threat detection techniques, analyze and interpret data, identify and address vulnerabilities, suggest preventative measures, and effectively respond to and recover from incidents.

This course is for students who are preparing to take the CompTIA Security+ certification exam SY0-701. This course is aimed towards IT professionals who install and configure systems to secure applications, networks, and devices; perform threat analysis and respond with appropriate mitigation techniques; participate in risk mitigation activities; and operate with an awareness of applicable policies, laws, and regulations.

The CompTIA CySA+ certification is a vendor-neutral credential. The CompTIA CySA+ exam (CS0-002) has been developed by CompTIA with input from instructors across the world. The CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+) teaches the essential skills and information needed to troubleshoot and problem solve, helps learners understand a wide variety of issues ranging from networking and operating systems to mobile devices and security, and prepares candidates to take the CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+) certification exam (CS0-002).
