The training is the third element in a simulation cycle, which also includes:
- TeamFlow Foundation - Kanban Simulation Game (Level: Basic) - first preceding training
- TeamFlow Plus - Kanban Simulation Game (Level: Intermediate-Advanced) - second preceding training
Requirements
Significant practical experience and a good understanding of Flow Management and Kanban approaches.
Extensive experience in managing functional and/or project teams or project management (both agile methods and traditional/classical methods).
